Individual care and attention (6-12 Months)

In our centres that provide baby care we promote an environment of peacefulness, safety and love where each baby entrusted in our care has their individual needs met by our nurturing and responsive team. We understand how hard it can be for parents to hand over the care of their baby for the first time.

Bearing this in mind, our baby rooms are designed to be warm and welcoming and our highly trained professional carers will provide you with the much needed support and reassurance during this traditional period. Nobody knows your child better than you, so we will adapt to your baby’s needs and follow the routine that you know works best for them. We will work closely with you to make sure you are 100% happy with how your baby is settling in, ensuring they are happy and comfortable in their new surroundings. Through the settling in period your baby will become familiar with the individual carers that will be looking after them giving you the opportunity to view at first hand the loving and affectionate relationships that develops.

While babies need to feel safe and cherished they also need to explore the world around them by touch, taste, sight, sound and smell. Everything in our baby rooms, from the layout, to the equipment, is designed to help them experience these exciting discoveries. Our wonderful carers have the benefit of our Spread Your Wings programme which promotes each baby’s individual learning and development stage. Our open door policy means that you can pop in and say hi to us at any time and spend some quality time with your loved one. We will provide you with a detailed report on learning and new experiences that have occurred throughout that day.
