Our early years educators are our greatest resource and can be yours with their wealth of experience and knowledge in their chosen profession.
We value each and every member of our fantastic team and encourage career development by providing in house training and promotional prospects. We know the invaluable work our carers do on a daily basis, with the children entrusted in their care and are incredibly proud of their commitment to providing the best for each and every child. The vetting procedure for our team is strict and includes Garda Vetting and references.

Experience
We pride ourselves on our committed and dedicated Management Team. All of our centres are comprised of a Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisor who demonstrate the core skills and qualities necessary to ensure optimum quality in the day to day running of the centres.
Highly Qualified
Our Team maintain a minimum FETAC Level 6 qualification and First Aid Training. We continually encourage, support and facilitate further training so that we can provide the best care for your child based on the most up to date research.

At Cocoon Childcare our Management Team combined have many years of service with us many of whom have advanced in their career to management in Cocoon Childcare, as a result our ethos is ingrained in everything they do.
